Easy Laser XT190 Belt Alignment is the only one on the market to offer a digital reading function, and allows for even more precise and efficient alignment of rollers/pulleys.

The transmitter generates a laser plane parallel to the reference roller. The detector reads the position relative to the laser plane and displays the offset and angle values ​​in real time on a digital display, making machine alignment easy. The accuracy of digital measurements also allows you to perform alignment within specified tolerances with high reliability.

Many reading options

Track the adjustment on the integrated OLED display, in the free XT Alignment app on your phone or tablet, or on a separate Easy-Laser display*. The machine’s adaptation and adjustment values ​​are calculated automatically. You can also take a visual reading on targets (included).

Using the XT display or a mobile device, you can easily record the data and create a PDF report.

The XT190 system is mounted on the roller/pulley using powerful magnets. It can be used on all types of rollers/pulleys, such as V-belts, timing belts, flat belts, and chain drives. If the rollers/pulleys are made of aluminum, you can attach the tool using strong double-sided tape.
