Description

Bruker CTX 500 Portable Countertop XRF Analyzer comes in a compact, light and portable design. The unit has a sturdy stainless steel body and is easy to clean. The CTX 500 features a minimal footprint, taking up very little space on any surface. The unit ships with a standard waterproof and pressure equilibrated Pelican case or can be transported in an optional protective backpack.

The CTX500 measures elements from Titanium to Uranium and uses a 50kV 2W Rhodium (Rh) thin window X-ray tube to analyze samples. The unit also features Bruker’s patented SharpBeam optimized X-ray geometry and patented TITAN DetectorShield to protect against detector puncture.

The CTX 500 offers Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connections. The touchscreen user-interface allows measurement control and provides an easy-to-read results display. The graphene Window SDD has an active area of 20mm2; resolution is <145eV at 450k.
